We have so much going on in our country right now. Do you focus on all the negative?? Well, I am not saying to ignore completely just add in some powerful positivity to shift your brain. Remember, Positive thoughts are 100x more powerful than neg. ones. Spark some happiness and contentment today. I promise you no matter what is happening in your life, there are things you are grateful for all around you today. Look for them with these easy steps.......

1. Stop. Breeeeathe. Close eyes...Relax
2. Open your eyes and grab a piece of paper and pen
3. Inner gratitude: Recall three moments where a smile crept over your lips today
4. Outer Gratitude: List three possessions you are grateful for today
5. What will be or was your Good Deed for the day?

These will help you stop, relax, and shift your mind & heart to pleasant thoughts. Choose the ones that have FEELING attached to it.


Ok, its up to you what you will do with these steps. I hope you take them with you and use over and over again. Find every detail of your life you are grateful to have in your life. Yup, it can be that easy....neg attracts neg...Positive attracts Positive... The choice is yours.
